Founded in 2011 by Kurt Zanker, Trevilla Engineering began as a specialised consultancy providing practical engineering advice, analysis, and certification support to heavy industry.
Since then, the business has evolved into a multidisciplinary engineering provider offering design, advanced digital engineering, and integrated project delivery across mining, rail, renewable energy, agriculture, construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. Trevilla Engineering is recognised for delivering reliable outcomes in complex operating environments both in Australia and internationally.
In 2025, the acquisition of Lloyd’s Metal Fabrications marked a key milestone, strengthening the company’s capability to deliver end-to-end solutions from engineering design through to fabrication and implementation.
In 2025, Trevilla Engineering acquired Lloyd’s Metal Fabrications, strengthening its ability to deliver fully integrated engineering and fabrication solutions. This strategic acquisition brings manufacturing capability in-house, bridging the gap between design intent and real-world construction.
By combining engineering design with fabrication expertise, projects can now move more seamlessly from concept through to production. This integration improves constructability, reduces delivery delays, and ensures closer alignment between engineering and workshop execution.
